I truly believe there are supernatural forces acting here. There’s just too many coincidences happening, too many interactions that I just never though could happen, and I think I know what it is. It’s because I’m moving.
I believe in Karma. I believe in fate, but I also believe in destiny, and I don’t believe they’re the same thing. I also believe in irony, which may be the supernatural force I mentioned above.
See, I’m getting married in January then moving away to Oregon shortly after. In the past 5 years my life has changed a great deal, and in those changes there were several people I lost contact with, others I stopped talking to, others that stopped talking to me, and others still that just disappeared… or was that me? At any rate, now that I’m moving away, all of these people are not only around, all of those bridges I would have thought to be burned down are now actually being rebuilt. Slowly, for sure, but they’re getting there.
So irony has decided to make this harder on me, and them, by allowing this to happen when I’m on the way out. Or perhaps it’s karma allowing me to tie up loose ends before I leave…
