So, apparently, someone here at work has been making a mess in the men’s room. Paper towels in the urinals and on the floor, the toilets are getting backed up, there’s just a general disarray in the bathroom. In my first weeks here the men were rounded up and told about this, and apparently it wasn’t the first time this has happened. Now that it is still happening we were rounded up again and yelled at. We are now going to have some sort of rotating schedule where we will be checking on the state of the bathroom. We’re not going to be cleaning it, but we are gong to have to make sure that these things aren’t happening anymore. If the problem still persists the building will cease to provide janitorial services for our bathroom, meaning that we will have to clean it ourselves.
This, of course, is complete and utter bullshit. I have been to Boy Scout camps where hundreds of 11-18 year old boys don’t have nearly this hard of a time keeping the bathroom clean.
I think I’m almost done ranting. If I see you in person, you’ll likely get more. Just wanted to update the masses… on the status of the bathroom… ARGH!!
